Carly Uthe is the care coordinator for Thrivur Health, offering case management services to those in need. Carly has been providing case management to those with substance use and mental health disorders involved in the criminal justice system for over two years. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science. Carly is passionate about helping others and making a positive influence in the community. In her free time, Carly likes to spend her time hiking and attending sporting events.
