Thrivur Health offers comprehensive treatment for the full range of addiction and substance use disorders. This includes individual counseling and group therapy, as well as a range of medication assisted treatments like vivitrol, suboxone, sublocade and others.

Medication Assisted Treatment
Medications are essential in managing and treating various substance use and substance use disorders. At Thrivur, our qualified healthcare professionals are dedicated to assessing, prescribing, and monitoring medication use. This ensures that clients receive the appropriate treatment and ongoing support necessary for their recovery journey. Our comprehensive approach to medication management is designed to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and promote lasting wellness.
Care Coordination
Care coordination assists clients in effectively navigating resources to meet their needs, including housing, financial assistance, employment, and other support services. This approach ensures comprehensive continuity of care and facilitates smooth transitions to additional treatment options.
Mental Health Services
Offering a range of counseling options, including individual therapy and group counseling through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP), and Weekly Outpatient Program (WOP). Opioids (Fentanyl, Heroin, Prescription medications), Methamphetamine, Alcohol, Central Nervous System Depressants (Benzodiazepines, Tranquilizers, Hypnotics such as sleeping pills), Cocaine, Marijuana, Tobacco (Cigarettes, Vaping, Dip/Snuff) and Kratom.
The medication that is appropriate for you will depend on the conversation between you and your provider. However, we have many options available to include Buprenorphine (Suboxone), or Subutex where appropriate, or long-acting injectable Buprenorphine, Naltrexone in both oral form and long-acting injectable form (Vivitrol), and several other medications depending on your individual treatment plan.
Initially to establish your treatment and stability appointments may be as frequent as weekly or even twice weekly depending on your needs. This will decrease as soon as appropriate to fit into your life and allow you to build a healthy and productive life and facilitate your recovery. There is no hard and fast rule. Recovery is individualized and decided between you and your provider. It is determined by your medical and life needs.
Thrivur Health offers Anger Management, CBT/Strategy Self-Improvement For Change, DBT, Early Recovery Skills, Family Education, Fentanyl Education, Individual Counseling, Life Skills, Relapse Prevention, Seeking Safety, Thinking For Change, and Peer Support.
Thrivur Health provides services for the criminal justice system. Referrals must be provided by probation, parole, case managers, or other referral agencies.
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is a treatment strategy to help clients with substance use disorders recover and maintain healthy lives.
Thrivur Health currently accepts Medicaid or cash payment. We expect to accept probation reimbursement vouchers in the near future.
Thrivur Health currently offers services to clients 18 and older.
Thrivur Health aims to serve clients in-person in the clinic if possible. Telehealth may be available in cases of inclement weather or other exceptional circumstances.
Thrivur Health does not offer any transportation assistance. If clients are receiving Medicaid, they may qualify for non-emergent transportation. Our Care Coordinator would be able to help clients access those services.
