Professional Referrals
Thrivur Health is a comprehensive outpatient clinic for medication-assisted treatment, substance use disorders (SUD), behavioral health. Our team is available for professional consultations, as well as referrals for in-clinic care. We offer evidence-based, trauma-informed care following guidelines from the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Patient care involves comprehensive case management that works directly with referring providers and other resources to ensure that your clients and significant others have their SUD needs met. Justice-Involved Referrals
If you are justice-involved or professionally supporting someone who is, we have the expertise and resources to help.
Thrivur Health offers onsite medical-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP) and extended outpatient (EOP) treatment, and co-occurring substance use disorder treatment through group counseling, individual counseling, and care coordination.
